Hi, I’m Robert - founder of Southwick Computer Services.
I started this business in 2017 after graduating with honors from Springfield Technical Community College with a degree in Computer & IT Security. I then earned my CompTIA A+ certification to become a certified computer technician.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many incredible clients - and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to support my family doing what I love.
Whether you’re a business or a residential client, my goal is to take care of all your computer and IT needs with honesty, professionalism, and respect for your budget. When you call, you speak directly with me - not a call center or a tech you’ll never meet. I treat my customers like family and take pride in doing things right the first time - solving problems quickly, accurately, and affordably.
